Not sure what the prior issues were with these. Seat and install took a total of 20 minutes for both driver and passenger. Super easy and seems like high quality. I did put a solid coat of Eastwood over the factory dip.

Worked as expected and made installation of the Corbeau Baja RS Reclining Suspension seats quick and easy!

I have a 2004 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and these were not a direct fit to my Jeep. The legs on the rear of the bracket were not long enough and the slider was sitting at a severe incline towards the rear. I called Corbeau directly and they said they were not sure why this was and that they had no fix for it. I ended up going to home depot and buying some things to make it work but I was disappointed that the fitment was off.

I have to give it 1 star because I can't give it zero. The driver's side bracket didn't work great, but the passenger side bracket had one rail that was about an inch too long, the slider will not slide, the handle for the slider is eaten up, it took a month to arrive and if you've ever dealt with Corbeau customer service, it's like trying to negotiate with a hamster. Now I have to call Corbeau to resolve the third problem I've had with my order (two brackets and two trailcat seats with seat heaters). If you get Trailcat seats, do yourself a favor and have a machine shop to make your own brackets.
