Purchased this axel to replace the stock Dana 30 on my '08 Wrangler Sahara. I'm running 35s with 4.88 gears. Has been on the Jeep for over two years now and been wheeled hard a handful of times with no issue. E-locker is flawless. Very sturdy, well built axel. Great upgrade!

I purchase the Ultimate Dana 44 for one reason, it come as a complete unit and bolts right in. As of July 2017 Spicer has updated the C's on the axle housing. The price of upgrading my Dana 30 with moly axles E-lockers and gears, is almost the same or more then the new Dana 44.

Strong axle! The C’s are much larger and I have way more confidence in the axle itself. Brackets for the control arms are beefy. The only downside is the ball joints were shot after a year of use. I suggest you get a pair of rebuildable ball joints before you experience death wobble

I purchased the ultimate Dana 44 crate axle and after three months the seals went bad. Dana said the one year warranty is only on the axle and not the seals. It seams for what I payed for the axle they could have used better seals. So I would not recommend this product.
