Reviews for Teraflex 2.5in Lift Kit for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JK 4-Door
Best lift kit I've ever purchased. took me and a friend about 6 hours to install on jack stands. No drilling was required, all parts bolted up to the stock axles and frame. would recommend installing the Teraflex lower control arms for the front and and upper rear controls arms to fix alignment issues.
Really happy with the 2.5” Lift kit for my 2012 JKU. Finished the install in 10 hours. Rear on Saturday and Front on Sunday.
I documented the job for anyone interested. I am a garage rookie, so what I learned may help others.

Took my time and did the install over two days doing the rear first product is 100% quality so is the company after receiving cross threaded Hardware for the rear axle track bar bracket I contacted Teraflex and they immediately sent out a new hardware pack free of charge. Gained 3 inches in the front and rear and it's been over a week of settling. The instructions you may receive could be dated and you're better off using the many YouTube videos out there for a step-by-step install. Ride quality is good
Nice kit, I got the the one with the shocks. Everything worked/fit perfectly. The ride is so much better than stock.
Easy install, quality stuff, the ride is like stock, I highly recommend for the price !
I didn't install this myself, so can't speak to the ease. Shop didn't charge much for labor, so that speaks to an easy install.
The Jeep looks fantastic with this lift. It is the perfect amount of height. I am running 305/70r17s (34s) and it is just right. It is much stiffer than the factory and makes the Jeep ride and handle much better than stock. I had a Teraflex level kit on my last JK and I am much happier with this one. Very pleased.
Easy to install, just time consuming in driveway. Use 2 Jack's and stands. Quality product, rides firmer than stock. Very complete kit, do recommend.
Great suspension so far. Easy install in the driveway.
I love this kit, I got it with the Teraflex shocks. Install wasn't too bad, though you really have to droop the front axle a lot to get the new springs in with the bump stops installed. I had the Teraflex leveling kit on my Jeep before installing this and I left the 1" spacers in the front and rear for total 3.5" of lift. If you do something like this you should definitely go with the Teraflex control arm kit or do adjustable arms to correct the caster and pinion angle. Ride quality is much better than the stock suspension and I love the look paired with 35" tires.
I also did a lot of research before purchasing this kit- very happy with it. Took me a couple days doing it by myself but I took my time and fighting rust & old bolts is what took the most time. Front brake lines seems a little tight at full articulation so I ordered extension brackets- Rubicon Express looked to be a good value. I also installed a JKS adjustable front track bar and the Teraflex 9550 steering stabilizer along with Synergy's relocation bracket to mount the stabilizer above the tie rod for a little more clearance.
