Simple install. Took maybe 5 minutes. The little magnet that keeps the door closed if not locked is a nice touch.

It looks nice; however, the magnetic piece that is glued on fell off within 1 month. It would also ve helpful to include installment directions even though it is easy to install.

It was a little difficult to install, the self tapping screws didn't work - needed a drill to start the holes. Once installed, we noticed the locking mechanism was sticking, needed to adjust that as well. If these two items weren't an issue, it would have received 5 stars.

It looks good and was easy to install, but is a total piece of garbage. Within a week both magnets had detached from the door. I anticipated this happening and always keep the door locked anyway so I'm ok with that- easy fix. The lock itself is a total disaster. The key doesn't seem to fit the lock properly- it's a constant struggle to get it open. Once it's open, I struggle to get it locked again. Will likely be replacing the whole thing soon. Super disappointed.

The lock worked great for a few months, and then it became very difficult to unlock. I’ve used it without the lock now for 4 years and it works fine, but if you’re dead set on the lock go with something different.

Its a clean look and easy install but the lock is poor quality. The key sticks and one does seem to work better than the other.

My wife bought me this for Xmas, 2016. I installed it a few days later. The lock didn't work right, but you could "jiggle the handle" and get it to work. One key was better than the other. It worked for awhile, but today (5/5/2017) it crapped out completely, fortunately in the unlocked position. Finish is decent, but general construction is NOT good. Lock is cheap and does not last. I should have splurged for the better unit (which I have to do, now, anyway). Very unhappy with this product.

Garbage! Have had it replaced once already and it needs to be replaced again. The magnets keep falling off.

Pure junk. Flimsy metal, poor fit and finish. I had to return this inferior product. Quadratec took care of me and I upgraded to the Quadratec gas hatch.
