Easy installation and looks fabulous!!!!

6 months in and the bumper has held up well to sand and snow. Acceptably sturdy and easy install per the instructions included with the bumper. No surprises.

Look and price

Quality seems to be good, install was no problem. Removing the oe bumper was a pain. And like a previous review stated the plastic frame cover is very flimsy.

Quality product. Installed in 2 hours. The only issues were removal of 2 bolts on OEM bumper on driver side. The plastic frame cover supplied was a disappointment. I ordered the Smittybilt one to replace it. All in all a good fit.

I bought this bumper and the matching rear earlier this year. The quality of the bumper is very good. The wrinkle finish seems to be of good quality. This is not a heavy duty bumper but it is better then the stock plastic factory bumpers. I bought these bumpers because I'm partial to the "old school" look of the tube bumpers. I've had a few compliments on them. I would have given them 5 stars if they would have had some type of recovery points on them.

I ordered this bumper because it was the only tube bumper I could find with integrated fog light mounts. I absolutely love the bumper. It looks great on my 2016 Willys, but the flimsy plastic frame cover that comes with it is an absolute joke. I ended up trashing it and ordering a metal frame cover from Smittybilt. The Smittybilt frame cover was inexpensive and looks like it was made for the bumper. I don't understand why Rugged Ridge could not go the extra mile and include a metal frame cover with this bumper, or not even included the plastic one to begin with. Rugged Ridge is supposedly known for making quality products. I think they fell short here.

I like the look and integrated fog lights. The lack of quality on the frame cover knocks this down a star. Also the bolts on the bumper were well off alignment. I had to put the nuts on and then covered it with a socket prior to using a dead blow hammer to knock the bolts into place to get the bumper to mount properly. I like the look but the attention to detail on the bolts and cover really keeps the rating down. If the alignment and cover were better I'd give it the 5 star we all look for.

Two stars for the look being what is shown as far as the bumper. Does not include any way to reinstall the stock splash guard under the Jeep and the plastic piece is something that is subpar.
