Can I involve a wrench to this bumper
This is only a center hoop. This is not a bumper that is winch capable the center hoop is designed for.
What is the overall width center to center on attachment an the height of the hoop.
18 inches across the top of the hoop. Center to Center of the hoop is 30 inches. Thanks for your inquiry.

No this is for the Rugged Ridged Modular XHD bumper.
i have a 2015 JKU Hard Rock Rubicon with the factory steel front Rubicon bumper. I have installed a winch in the bumper with the line feeding through the hauser hole in the bumper. Do you have a Hoop with or without light brackets which will fit my bumper?

This is for the XHD series bumpers. The HD Bumper uses grille guard 11540.62
