These seat will mount to OE seat brackets. If it is found that the seat fit on stock brackets does not allow enough head room, an extra inch or so can be expected with the Corbeau complete seat bracket. Thanks for your inquiry.
The description says these are a direct fit for YJs. Will these bolt onto the factory brackets? Will the flip forward function on the passenger seat still work?
These will bolt to your seat risers. The flip function will allow some access, but the seat back will not provide the full access a stock seat would on the OE riser. Thanks for your inquiry.

Do the Moab seats Quadratec Part #: 24222.0150 with the brackets allow the seat to fold forward for rear seat access? I have a 97 Jeep TJ 2 door
If the seat is a proper fit along with use of the adapter brackets, you may still retain some lean function, but when headspace is a concern a complete ground up bracket would need to be used and they do not tilt. Using the line drawings to compare the seat dimensions to your OE seat will be the best way to determine what brackets you should use. Adapter brackets usually provide 1" less of head room.
Does this seat work with the stock air bags system?
No. They will not work with in seat deployed SRS airbag equipped models.
