Does this affect payload
Quadratec coil springs are higher payload by 11 % more than stock coils to add more stability from being lifted with larger tire/wheels etc. Quadratec Rear coils are Variable Dual Rate which means unloaded with no weight in rear they ride best at lowest spring rate. The more weight you add to the bed, the more spring rate payload increases. Quadratec coils increase in payload up to 3.5X greater fully loaded than when unloaded with no weight. Therefore, Quadratec coils increase rate to carry more payload as more weight is added. The more weight you add, the higher the spring rate increases & decreases when weight is removed. The unique coil design winding lets the coils engage more as they get compressed to the rate increases as they get loaded & decreases are weight is removed constantly changing rates to be comfortable ride when not loaded & increasing the rate up to 3.5X greater when fully loaded to hold heavier payloads as required. Will this kit level the Gladiator and get rid of the factory rake?

No. That would be too much added stacked lift. Leveling the front end can safely be done with 3/4" coil spacers or smaller. Thanks for your inquiry.
