Will this fit a 2023 sahara 4xe?

I have the fishbone shelf installed in the back of my 2020 jeep jl. Do you know if there is enough room to attach this table and still close the door?

For the JL, will this fit if the cargo management rail is in place for is the small plastic trim piece required instead?
