Looks good. Takes a little longer to install. The bolt located behind the fender is difficult to get to. Can't keep the straight horizontal bolts too tight because it won't latch. Also, the safety tab broke on right side so i guess I'll to get another of those.

Installed not even 6 months and the safety tabs both broke when opening. Looks better than stock but not up to the quality you would expect of something called the safety tab.

The item called "safety snap" broke 1st time! Being called safety I would think it's necessary!
Difficult to align.
Have to hit the hood with the palm of your hand to get the latch on.
I don't trust it!

Not happy with these…the hood’s front profile is now uneven, and one of the safety tabs broke on closure.

Trashed them, no adjustment and once I got them to latch I couldn’t open the hood without using both Allen wrenches to remove the lower piece

Only reason for this negative review is (1) binding barrel was stripped from factory. In order for customer service to replace we had to return the entire two latches. This to me was absolutely absurd! The latches themselves were not the easiest to install. Ended up finding a binding screw at a local hardware place. Auto zone and checkers did not even have the hex style.

0 stars if I could - instructions are beyond worthless, you figure it out long before they make sense. The locator pins for Gladiator make installing them very tough (watch you finish) - worse of all the fit is WAY too tight. getting it latched if very hard... if you manage to do that just try to get it unlatched. POS, it's obvious they didnt try very hard with this DOES NOT DESERVE A FLAG ON IT

Looks great, but the fit of the pieces is very poor. the latch is super tight on the base, to the point where it has to be forced and the anodize is getting damaged. The plastic "safety" tabs broke almost immediately. Look elsewhere

Just bought these, and they do not fit 2020 JT Gladiator. The latch bracket has locator pins that do not fit onto the fender. Better check your applications...
