Will this work with a JLU 2023 plastic bumper?
No, these are for the factory steel bumper only.
I have a 2023 JT, steel stubby bumper with bull bar (Mopar). Planning to get OVS SCAR 12S winch. Will this mounting plate fit my setup?

Is there suppose to be an angle to it? First one I got was angled upwards towards the vehicle when aligned with the front bumper holes. The side holes did not align to their respective due to this. This would also make the winch not sit level. I called and you guys were awesome in shipping another one but it is the same....2020 Rubicon Gladiator.
Yes, the angle is correct and there to make sure that all winches clear the front grille. Also, there are proper supports underneath and frame tie in points. Thanks for your inquiry.
I have the JPP OFF ROAD STEEL BUMPER. (2023 Jeep Wrangler JL Authentic Mopar Performance Bumper Front Off Road - Part Number: 82215691AD) It has Lower mounting points as well as the same 8 mounting points from the Rubicon steel bumper. I just looked at the Mopar install link and I'm not sure it will fit, looks like it should. Will it fit?
No, it will not. 82215691AD already is winch capable and will not require and added winch mount. Thanks for your inquiry.
Does this work on a 2022 Jeep Gladiator JT? It says compatible with Gladiator, but also has the red hand saying not with 2022 model. Is that accurate?

Will this work with 2023 Rubicon? And if it does will a 12,000 lb Apex Badland fit this?
It should fit if you are equipped with the steel winch ready bumper. Badlands winches have not been specifically test fit, but we would not expect a conflict based on it's size and bolt pattern. Thanks for your inquiry.
Does this work with the Superwinch 1710201 SX Series 10,000 winch?

Can you reinstall the factory skid plate?
