Reviews for Oracle Lighting Rear Bumper LED Reverse Lights For 20-21 Jeep Gladiator JT
Love light looks so good very nice and bright thank you
4-Stars only because the Plug and Play adapter I paid 30 extra dollars for does NOT work with Halogen Gladiators. The whole purpose of swapping over to LED is brighter lights. Now I will have to take everything apart again and splice these into my reverse light... I lost $30 on the useless harness.
Pretty disappointed in the PNP harness. Ordered the harness in order to avoid tapping the factory wires but the PNP harness did not allow the DRLs to work on tail light where it was plugged in. Tried both sides and same result. Ended up using the T tap and works great. Overall good quality but dont waste the extra money on the harness
The Oracle reverse lights are good looking, very well constructed and are very bright. However the PNP harness doesn't work at all for me. When using the PNP harness, only 1 reverse light works (the one the harness is NOT plugged in to) and the Oracle lights flash for a second and then shut off leaving me with one reverse light. I tried installing the PNP harness on the other side with the same exact result. I ditched the harness and used the included T-taps and the lights are working fine now.
The lights are very bright and work well. For the most part, the install is very easy, however, I am having an issue with the plug and play wiring harness. I originally installed the pnp harness to the passenger side taillight, and lost the reverse light in the taillight itself. I moved the pnp harness to the driver side and got the same result. Instead of having 4 reverse lights, I am down to 3 (1 taillight, and the two bumper reverse lights). Very frustrating, since I have LED taillights to begin with.. Maybe I got a bad pnp wiring harness....
Lights are great but PnP harness is pretty disappointing. After installation lights worked but „Blind Spot Monitoring System deactivated” was showing and system did not work. Figured out that one side of the PnP harness did not fully engaged to the connector of the factory harness, looks like the pins are too long. When disassembling the Oracle connector broke, the plastic is super cheap material.
Easy enough to install, but they are definitely NOT plug-and-play. In fact, they don't work at all. Like many others, I found that the side that the jumper plugs into shuts down, leaving only the one OEM backup light. Oracle recommended (on a Gladiator forum) replacing the stock bulbs in the taillight assembly with their LEDs, which also didn't work. Now I have $200 worth of Oracle parts that don't work as designed. I removed the Oracle lights from the circuit and I still have only one lamp functioning, so it's got to go to the dealer for repair. First chance I get to uninstall this junk it's all going back.
