Love this addition - it has added a lot of functionality to the tailgate and has held up well in the sun and with use.

Coverage and p[rotectoin

I gave this product a 4 star rating because the top 2, inside bolts would not go in. They would start and then bind so I just backed them out. I took some auto dum-dum and put in the 2 holes so moisture wouldn't get in and covered with flat caplugs. It works and looks ok with the caplugs. I wish the company would have supplied caplugs for all holes. Would look neater.
The tailgate hydraulic dampener still work but gate drops a little faster because of the added weight. But I'm happy with the product and it serves the purpose I purchased it for.

Solid board, heavy. That said for the price it’d be nice if I factory holes were accurate, had to enlarge a couple to line it up. Also it doesn’t cover the lower end of the tailgate, by about 2”.

Way overpriced for what you get
