Very good product overall. Would recommend. Installation went relatively smoothly. Directions were a little vague about how a couple of the rear straps went on but figured it out. Stays on really well even at highway speeds with no flutter. Also good that it screws into the rollbar at a couple of points using existing screws, and hardtop/freedom panels can be put back on without removing or adjusting it. 5 stars!

So I just received the Mastertop Bimini mesh top plus for the two door JL. The description made it sound like it was super easy to take on and off whenever you want which is why I bought this. I already have a mesh top where once it’s on, it’s on. So I wanted one where I could undo it if I wanted a completely open top for nights and leave the mesh top on during the day. Well you can’t take it on and off so easily because what they don’t mention is that it needs to be screwed in 6 different places. Had I known this I would have just kept what I already had which wasn’t a bad product and because it doesn’t require any screws it is easier to take off. The description mentions mounting points but doesn’t really go into the product needing to be screwed in. I hate to sound like a helpless woman but I hate screwing things in it stresses me out. They made it sound like all you need to do is undo some straps and it’s off but no. You have to undo and redo 6 screws! The mesh top also came in the wrong box that was for a different product.
