Reviews for Bushwacker 14096 Trail Armor Fender Flare Delete Kit for 18-22 Jeep Wrangler JL
Great product looks amazing but came with only one light. All in all I would recommend.
Nice look!
Overall these fender deletes fit well and with the right tools install easily. The running/signal lights surprised me with how sufficiently bright they are.
Some notes from my experience:
An 11/16 wrench is called for during rivnut install when it is actually 7/16. Other than that the instructions are excellent.
The holes for the lights are a tad undersize, opening it up a little bit helps during install if you don't have gorilla strength hands.
Use an impact wrench for rivnut installation but don't go crazy on them like I did on the first one, the bolt will not pass through and you will have to drill it out :/
I had to drill one hole each during the rear installs. The holes on the forward end of the wheel well to all for the rivnuts.

So I installed these last weekend, and figured out that there was a couple of missing pieces in the kit after tearing down my drivers side front fender, the “L” brackets didn’t make it into the kit.
Understand that you have to remove factory parts to get this on and once you remove them there’s no going back.
Once i installed the replacement blinker my jeep now tells me that the blinkers don’t work every time I turn it on, but they do in fact work fine, I have to figure out how to clear that.
Nevertheless, the installation was pretty easy but the material is cheap plastic and doesn’t mold very well on the front, I thought maybe I tightened them up too much, but that’s not the case.
Be careful and take your time cutting the inner fender liner the tolerance is pretty thin on what the delete will accommodate.
It would be nice if I could figure out how to reset this blinker out warning I get every time I start my ride.
Overall they’re not bad but they’re not great either. One of the badges is upside down as well, what are you going to do, it’s not like I can just put the factory stuff back on.
Not the quality I was expecting, but they look ok except where they pull away from the body at the front ends on the front fenders. Additionally, the rubber liner that's provided pulls away very quickly on the front ends, as there is nowhere that a pinch point is created since the piece pulls away from the body.
