Good idea, but poor execution. They work great as mirrors, but some easy to address issues could make it 10 times better. To start the location the "metal disks" need to be placed to protect the paint from the thumb screw is way to close the round part of the hinge, this causes the disk to move when the thumb screw is tightened. Next the thumb screw is way to small, tightening as well as I can by hand, the mirror still has a considerable amount of wiggle. The actual mirrors feel very cheap, plastic body and plastic socket to grip the mirror ball, looks weak.

Based on my experience with these mirrors. The adhesive that is supplied with the small metal discs doesn’t hold. As you screw the thumbscrews down the medal discs will slip causing damage to your Jeeps paint. The metal discs need to be larger with a better adhesive that will hold the discs in place. Spoke to the manufacturer, they didn’t seem to care about the poor design or the damage it caused to my Jeep.
