Hello. Do I understand correctly you have to remove the Tazer programming if you have to take your Jeep to the dealer? Would that apply to oil change & tire rotation also? Thanks-
If an independent mechanic or a national chain is doing basic vehicle maintenance not involving the Jeep's PCM or requiring OBD diagnostics you may be okay not returning the vehicle back to the stock parameters. Dealerships regularly check for software updates, so it is best practice to unmarry the Tazer from the Jeep before taking it into Jeep dealership.
Will the rear locker option in 2wd work on the Mojave?

Is the only difference between the mini and the lite, is that one plugs into the OBD port while the lite has to be made secure since it would dangle down from the connector? Other than that, they are identical in operations?

Does the Tazer mini lock to the vehicle or can it be used on multiple vehicles interchangeably?
They can only be used to program one Jeep at a time. They lock to one Jeep. Thanks for your inquiry.
Can the Taser permanently program new tire size to correct odometer, turn off start-stop feature, etc., and be removed after changes are made to vehicle settings, or must it remain plugged into the OBD port because the settings are volatile/reliant upon the Tazer remaining plugged in? (unplug=lose new settings?) I already use a different OBD module for light control.
Vehicle settings functions will be programmed and the unit will be unplugged. Tazer also does have live functions that do require it to remain plugged when they are in use. IE light show and RPM for winching type features.
