Bought this top and on the day of installation, we found that the first piece we had to install, the passenger bracket system, had a broken clip. We were able to make it work but was disappointed that a piece was broken. Sent an email but haven’t heard back. Overall, loving the roof and looking forward to the summer months.

So...It's a nice soft top but I have had it installed for three months and it's had three part failures.

One of the shocks which helps with the raising of the top keeps falling off at the head of the shock...the ball joint keeps popping out of the socket.

One of the track springs is broken and needs to be manually pushed up to allow the soft top to close completely

And one of the cables lining the side of the the top has just snapped.

For a $2000 soft top, I kinda expected better.

Exactly what I wanted! Versatile, easy to remove and always have it with me in case it rains. The top is great and the thought of always having cover from the rain, amazing! The top gets a 5 star. Issue; bought the window storage bag with thoughts of always having the windows at the ready, stored behind the back seat. ***If you have a factory subwoofer in your Jeep, they will not fit behind your seat as advertised. You will be 6 to 8 inches short on space! The windows are already creased from trying to get them to fit. One last thought on the top; When the top is pushed all the way back into the cargo area, its does block your view with your review mirror. Not the end of the world, but if it was engineered just a little differently and it could lay about 3 lower, your view out the rear view mirror would be much better.
In the end, still like the top but it isnt exactly what I thought it would be.

Looks beautiful, but driving for the first time on the highway after installing last week and the latch popped open and nearly lost my top. Neither passenger or drivers latch seem to lock well. Looking for some insight since I now will not drive on highway!

Not worth the money. There are better tops for less including the Master Top fastback. This top comes down quickly, but then you can’t access the back because the top sits on the back door.
