Does this work with Bestop soft tops?
Yes, select the soft top option from the pull down menu. That will be compatible.
Will this fit around the Factory Mopar Grab Handles?
At this time, they are not compatible.
Do you have to remove the roll bar covers when the hard top is put back on?
The soft top version is recommended for the dual top option.
Will they make this for the 2018 2dr JL? Or does this fit the 2dr as well?

Does this work with the Mopar soft top. Can you leave these on and have the soft top closed? Pictures do not really show how it leaves the soft top rails exposed.
Yes this does work with the Factory Mopar Soft Top and you can leave these on as a Factory style replacement removing the original Roll Bar Covers.
