Reviews for Fishbone Offroad Tackle Rack for 20-23 Jeep Gladiator JT

I watched numerous reviews about the the fishbone half rack. I really like the idea of a lower profile for mounting my roof top tent. Ordering and delivery was efficient with Quadratec, price seemed reasonable. However, the instructions on how to assemble were extremely poor quality. I tried to watch the videos on your site on how to install. Even though I appreciated the review, they were so vague and missed numerous steps. I had to watch you tube videos from other individuals on how to install and they were still vague on bolt size and washers to use. Definitely recommend Quadratec making their own instructions for this product. What could have taken 1hr with good instructions took me hours and frustration. Regarding quality, I have had the bed rack on for 2 weeks. There are numerous spots showing rust already. Very disappointing. During assembly, one of the T bolts would not fit the bolt because of bad threads. I tried calling Quadratec 3 times and was on hold for 20 min each time. I buy numerous products from Quadratec, but not optimistic that this rack will be what I thought for lasting since it has rusted in 2 weeks. Your website does not list a specific spot where I can email them a question or concern about a product. Just not a happy shopper at this moment for this product.

I finally saved up enough to buy this rack but the last time I looked at it the price for the half rack was $700++. Now its more expensive than the full rack, why is that?

The rack is extremely strong and the packaging is very robust. The finish does not match the strength of the rack. There are chips all over this rack and after a few days outside I began to see rust coming through. The coating is nice.
