Reviews for Tru-Fit Floor Liners for 18-25 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited
I do not own these mats or their all weather cousins. I do agree that you can see the problem mentioned by Jefferson M (so I clone his rating). They sit on top of the bottom of the seat leg. I have the Mopar mats which not only fit flush but have a small cut under the part by the seat legs for an even better fit. The Mopar mats also allow access to the drain plugs, which I have never seen elsewhere. I will add that these mats seem to have a lot more coverage under the driver's right foot than the all weather version or the Mopars.
Sad to say that the mats are not flush with the floorboard. The front mats lay on top of the front seat legs and leave about an inch to an inch and a half gap between the mat the floor. If you look closely at the promotional photo, you can see the gap by the seat leg. Of course, I did not notice the gap until I installed the mats. I returned them the next day. It is a bad design that could be fixed easily by accounting for the seat leg and manufacturing the mat accordingly. The return postage is costly and I would have saved money if I had ordered the more expensive mats in the first place. Lesson learned. Quadratec refunded the purchase as soon as the mats were returned and I appreciate that.
