Reviews for Fishbone Offroad Aluminum Inner Fenders for 18-21 Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT
Look great. Install was a little complicated as I also had tube fenders. Good product.
A little tricky to get to fit. But with a little elbow grease and a lot of patients I got them in and the look astounding!
Look great! The color accents were easy to take off and paint. Had a pro shop install them for me, so cannot comment on the ease of the installation.
I love Fishbones stuff for JK/JT vehicles. I now have a Mojave JT so I painted the inserts with Hemi orange; it looks great. The right rear inner side went in easily as designed. That’s where it ends.
The left side rear inner was a lot of cussing, but no blood. I had to relocate a fuel tank vent (I think) and bend part of the rear of the inner fender liner to make things line up but it went in after the cussing stopped. These were very reasonably priced but should have accounted for the vent that was attached with the fuel intake as designed by Jeep.
Overall, the damn things look great! They should have not been such an effort.
Fit perfect with my Falcon shocks
Easy install and good fit
The rear driver's side inner fender needs modification in order to fit with the Fishbone Tube fenders. The middle top tube fender bolts hit the inner fender so I had to notch them out so they would come close enough to bolt on. Also, one bolt hole is the same for the outer and inner fender so you need to buy a different bolt and larger washer so it goes through the outer fender flare into the inner fender nut.
Look great but rusted in less than 1 year.
Doesn’t fit over gas inlet. Too much modification for me.
I had to take a sawzall to them to get them to fit. (I also have the fronts and it was the same story). The liner kept contacting stuff in the wheel well. I would get the front lined up but the rear wouldn't go. then the rear lined up and the front wouldn't stay in place.
I would 100% avoid these
