Does the rear bumper need to be removed to remove the old toe hook and install this one?

Apparently Jeep still does not make a passenger side rear tow hook for Wrangler JL. Do you sell one that will fit passenger side rear ?
No, a rear passenger side tow hook is not available for the Wrangler models

No, the frame is not set up for it.

No, there is not, Jeep only makes this for the left.

Hi Is it possible to mount this onto a 2006 TJ?
No it is not. The hook and frame are too unique to the respective Jeep platforms. Unfortunately Jeep discontinued the TJ tow hooks in 2015
Is there a tow hook that fits the rear passenger side? I know there are holes in the frame to install one. Thanks
Jeep only produces a rear tow hook for the driver side (left).
Will this hook fit both right and left sides of a Jeep JL?
No, the bracket is designed to attach to the outside of the driver side frame only
