I see the tie down is covered on the pictures. Can the bracket be secured higher in the bed side to make the tie down more accessible?
It cannot be mounted higher for accessing the bed tie downs. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Yes.
How wide are these cases?
I've just uploaded a new photo showing the dimensions of the case. It is 9" wide.
Can you mount both driver's and passenger's sides and have them be able to both swing out without running into each other?
While you could mount one on either side since they are around 29" long they will not swing out together.
Will this fit with a rubber mat and the rugged ridge three part folding cover?
Yes, it will.
What is the total cargo space volume? Some critical depth, length, width measurements of the storage space?
The Swing Case is about 29" long and 15" tall. The wheel well cutout in it is about 10"x14" which makes the front side of the case 5" tall by 14" before it dips down to the deep part of the case.
Will this work with the folding Tonneau Cover on the 2020 JT
This works great with the factory Mopar folding Tonneaus.
Will this work either the three piece bed cover?
This will fit with the 3-piece bed liner , but you will have to cut the liner. Please refer to the installation instructions on page 2.
Does it cover the bed light?
Yes the bed lights are covered when these are in the folded position
says it won't fit over plastic bedliners so you would have to trim the bedliner, but will it fit over spray on bedliners?
Yes this will work with a spray on bedliner
