Does the price include both the left and right side hook or it for just one hook?

I do not have front tow hooks on my JL. Please advice what all hardware do I need to purchase in order to be able to fit the tow hooks with steel bumpers. Do mention quantity required for each hardware.
To install the two tow hooks, they are held on by qty 4 of these nuts per side for a total of 8 needed. Hex flange lock nut Thanks for your inquiry.
Can I use the current hardware on my 2020 wrangler or will I absolutely need the hardware suggested
If you already have the tow hooks on your Jeep then you can reuse the hardware that you have.
Are the black ones the exact same as the red ones? Is the color the only difference?
The only difference is the color.
Will the black ones fit on the Mopar oem 3 piece steel bumper?

Hello, is it true that when you remove the regular JL plastic bumper the tow hooks can not be removed because they are welded to the bumper frame or metal sheet so the red Rubicon tow hooks can’t be installed?
No, that is not true. The tow hooks simply go through the front frame horn and are held in place with nuts on the back. There should be no reason that you cannot swap out for the red tow hooks.
Are there install instructions avaliable
Unfortunately Jeep does not offer installation instructions for their replacement parts.
