Rock Hard 4X4 RH-90205 Winch Mounting Plate for 18-21 Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT with Factory Plastic Bumper. Was a snap to install by myself in under 45 minutes. Fits my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Majove factory bumper like a glove.

Great plate, easy going install. Looks awesome with my Warn winch. However, if you have a front facing camera just know the winch will block it and it will be rendered more or less useless, no matter what Quadratec says or the photo indicates. I have a 2021 4XE and experienced this issue.

Great product but needs improvement. The recovery hooks keep the plate from shifting forward, but there’s nothing to keep it from shifting backwards. I could shift it back and forth and it was hitting my grill. This would be bad if you bumped a rock or tree and catastrophic in an accident. I sent mine back. I would definitely buy again if it was made better.
