I have a 2018 sport s with halogen lights. Will this fit my fender flares and will I need the dealer to flash the computer?

Do these look similar to the OE lights?
Yes when installed in the factory fender flares, the look of the vehicle will not be changed.
Does this flash sequentially? Like the mopar LED? Is there anywhere we can see it lit up?
