Crown Automotive Black Full Door Paddle Handle Reviews
Perfect fit and looks exactly like original, minus the rust! One word of caution, be sure that before you re-install the door panel, close the door, then lock it, test the unlock mechanism with the door still open by using a screwdriver to trip the latch mechanism in the door (so it is as if the door has been latched but you still have the door open). Then see if you can lock (it will lock) and then try to unlock and open the door (of course, it's already open since you tripped the latch). If you can't get the latch to unlock then copy this link for instructions on how to fix it. I didn't do this, put the panel back on, closed the door, could open and close fine, but then I locked it and *SHOOT*, would not unlock! Fortunately for me it was passenger door but what if I had done both doors at the same time and locked them when I finished for the night (would be crawling in and out through the rear until I fixed it)! Was really difficult to get the door open again just to try and fix it. Had to roll window down then peek down into the slot where the window comes up from. There is a rod with threads at the top and the rod comes all the way up from the bottom. At the threaded top of the rod it has a spring clamp that connects a linkage. To get the door to unlock again you need something long enough to reach down to the top of that threaded section of the rod hook the underside of the attached spring clip/linkage. Then pull up on that rod/linkage while you use your other hand to unlock the door (either key or inside lock). After that, here's the link to fix it for good (post #6 in the linked message).

I'm guessing the reason, if this happens, is that as the old door handle aged, it gets sloppier and sloppier until the point it will not open the door, then someone goes in and takes out the play by adjusting the spring clip position on the threaded rod. In this case, when a new handle is installed there is no play and thus the linkage is being pulled down by the new door handle even though you're not trying to open it. Just like when someone pulls a door handle on a car before you press the unlock button...won't work.
Perfect fit. Great quality.
