No, It is not available as a kit for aftermarket addition. you have to purchase all of the parts separately.

These are for the production steel bumper. The Gladiator only options the rear sensors on the steel bumper.

What holds these in the bumper?
When the sensor is in the bracket and pressed into the bumper it is locked in place, there is a bezel #6UD40RXFAA to finish it off
