I’m looking at adding 35x12.5x17 tires to 17x9 Fuel Covert wheels on a fully stock 2020 JLU Sahara. Trying to decide between 4.5 backspace with -12 offset and 5.0 backspace with +1 offset? Which would stick out more or are they similar? I calculate the 13mm offset difference as about 1/2 inch which is the diff in backspace. So maybe similar profile in terms of sticking out from fender? Thanks!
4.5" backspace will have the wider stance and better clear potential turning radius rub. Some tire tread may be exposed. Thanks for your inquiry.

Looking at a 2022 JL Sport 35x12.5 tires and trying not to have the tires stick too far out. What offset would work?
The 5.0" back space pushes you out approximately 1" on inside edge and an added 1.5" of wheel width. That should be okay for the 35" Thanks for your inquiry.
stock jl no lift wanting 33 x 12.5 tires, not sure which backspace to get to keep from rubbing suspension
5" should be correct to avoid the turning radius rub that a stock wheel would potentially encounter when tires chosen are too wide. 33" on a JL does not require offset change from the stock wheel though. The 4.5 would stick out further than the 5.
do they come with tpms sensor?

What lug nuts are recommended for these wheels for a 2020 Wrangler JLU?
