At first I thought that this was a lot of money, but its well made and gives you more storage space, so its worth it!

Works great in my son's TJ. Prior to getting this, he had a cell phone holder that mounted to the air vent. It would droop and fall constantly and required him to look away from the road. This is much better. Not only for the position, it keeps the phone stable.

Excellent piece, however I’m not a fan of the phone attachment. I ended up stripping it off the phone attachment, opting for a better design to hold my phone. I also added some peel & stick felt to the surface to help aid items from causing unwanted noise when driving.

How it fits in the dash

Easy install and looks nice. But if you have a bigger phone, you may have to turn it sideways to fit in the JK. The parts list is a little deceiving as the parts list provided in the box from Rugged Ridge says the USB port comes with it. But Quadratec sells it separately. I did a little extra with the installation by drilling a little hole in the tray and beside the power port so I could run the wire behind the dash for a cleaner look.

solid well constructed mount. wasnt exactly what i wanted but if you want your phone front and center under your rearview mirror and want wireless charging this is the mount kit for you!
