The Gladiator and Wrangler use different tail lamps. They are not interchangeable.
Will these tail lites here fit my 2020 jeep gladiator?
Yes, these are sold as factory replacements for the 2020-2021 Gladiator. Purchasing a different style of tail lamp however will not add functionality to un-equipped models.
Do I need to buy the whole tail lite assembly or is there a lens available.
Unfortunately the lens is not available separately.

I want to upgrade my non led tail lamps with the led with no blind spot sensor. Will these work after my dealer flashes my computer.
You may also need to upgrade your front fender markers to LED as well. They seem to be tied together and could still cause errors or illumination issues even after the dealer flash is completed.
Do i need a new wire harness to connect these to a non-led jeep gladiator? These are not plug&play right?
No, the wiring is the same (except for LED with sensors), but they will not function properly unless the computer is flashed from the dealer.

Hi I have a 2020 Jeep gladiator with blind spot warning. I broke my tail light part number 68338385AG. My blind spot waning still works in my tail light but the plastic has broke. Can I buy the (68336583AF 55213.9044 Driver Side LED $314.99) option and add my blind spot warning from broken light?
As long as you have the specific bracket from inside the old light and that has not broken you can use the lower tier lights and add the warning sensors
