No, unfortunately videos or print instructions are not available for Mopar replacement parts.

Is there a video or manual on how to install this?
Unfortunately videos or printed instructions are not available for most OE parts from Mopar. Any instruction would be covered in factory service manuals

Do you sell just the 5th now arm? I need both the drivers side and the passenger side
The 5th arm on its own can be found here Click Here

You say that you sell the bow arm without the lift mechanism, but the picture of the arm that your link goes to is a straight arm and the arm on the lift mechanism has a bend in it.
This unit is actually the 5th bow arm. which is replacement #68506110AA or 68506111AA (special order). The 6th bow arm #68446890AA or 68446891AA is the straight arm that reaches the back corner.

Do you sell just the arm for the driver's side mechanism? My mechanism is fine but the arm is bent out of shape. Thanks
We sure do, just the rear folding arm can be found here : https://www.quadratec.com/p/mopar/lift-arm-wrangler-jl-unlimited

I need the driver's side lifing mechanism with arm. It's $415.99. The passenger side is $112.99. I'm hoping the driver's side price is incorrect. The mechanisms are the same, but mirrored, so not sure why the prices would be so wildly different. I opened my broken one up and $112 sure seems like the right price based on what's inside. Let me know if the $415 is correct. Thank you.
Unfortunately the prices are correct.
