These are incredibly easy to install. Extremely bright, and according to my insurance company. Cheaper then buying stock headlights to replace them. The turn signal in them is awesome. I can't think of any downside to them. They are a must buy.

Not as hard to install as I thought it would be. Instructions were helpful and accurate (I think they’ve been updated because they contain a lot of the tips previous reviewers have made). The lens for these lights are smaller than the stock ones, but the added black ring and silver accents give the Jeep a nice look.

Easy installation, especially with the "pulling the fender off trick". Took less than an hour . I'd recommend buying wire loom for added protection. I needed less than 10 feet (4 or 5 bucks). Easy plug and play. One wire in the adapter came very loose. Easy fix and wasn't an issue. Dramatic difference in lighting. Night driving and rain definitely are better for my eyes with these! The amber turn signals are great! Several compliments already after a week. Would like to see a true 9 inch model in the future, but they look and perform just fine! Will be doing the fogs next. Huge upgrade in my opinion from the halogen.

Pretty straight forward, plug and play install. What I liked the most about these headlights was that it was a direct bolt on and there wasn’t a need for an additional bracket to mount these unlike other headlights. Better looking than the stock halogens that came on my Sahara

Purchased these for my Gladiator and they are dope!!! DRL is an awesome feature to have with these headlights and amber turn signal looks good as well! They are super bright and I got to admit they totally make the Jeep look good!!

Not a review of the product but rather of David B.'s review. You, sir, are a steely-eyed missile man.

I’ll start with these look great and I like the turn signal in the headlight. However, getting to the passenger turn signal harness is a huge pain.

I have a 2018 JL Unlimited Sport. I can’t get the DRL halo’s to come on. Did the Unlimited sport not come with DRLs? The halos come on with parking lights.

My brother and I just finished installing these lights on my 2018 Sahara JLU. These lights work as advertised, headlights are VERY bright and do a good job of lighting up the road. The halos look great as do the yellow turn signals. Overall, they give the Jeep a great look and greatly improve nighttime driving.

Now for some lessons learned:
1. The headlights plug right in to the wiring that connects the stock headlights. Follow the directions to remove the grille and factory headlights and install the Quake headlights and you’ll do just fine.
2. Wiring up the halos and turn signal lights is a BEAR of a job ! Allow plenty of time – it took me about 6 hours over 2 days.
FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS TO SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND EFFORT
Ignore the included directions for wiring the halos and turn signals. Note: I did NOT purchase the Quake fog lights so can not comment on installing them. That being said, here we go. Note I have a Sahara, your Sport or Rubicon may be different, but probably not by much.
3. Start with the driver’s side, this is the easy one (the directions have the sides backwards). Locate the fender wiring harness connector. This is the tough part, the connector is hard to get to and is attached to the vehicle with a plastic plug.
a. Push down on the part of the connector attached to the vehicle and pop the plastic plug out of the fender. Now you can pull the entire connector far enough into the engine bay to get at it to install the Quake wiring harness adapter.
b. To undo the factory connector, pull out the red tab at the end of the connector, then insert a small screwdriver into the connector latch at the end opposite the red tab. This should release the 2 halves of the connector.
c. Plug the Quake lighting adapter into the 2 halves of the factory connector and test the lights. If they are working correctly, secure the red and yellow wires to the Quake lighting adapter using cable ties (careful, the red and yellow leads are easy to pull off the Quake lighting adapter), secure the 2 connections to the Jeep wiring harness that runs along the driver’s side of the engine bay. Note, it is unlikely that you will be able to re-attach the factory connector half to the vehicle, we couldn’t.

d. Complete the installation by using cable ties to secure the wires running back to the headlights.
4. Now for the passenger’s side, the hard one. The directions are correct in that the factory connector is located beneath the Jeep’s grounding connections.

IGNORE THE DIRECTIONS THAT HAVE YOU MESSING WITH THE GROUNDING CONNECTIONS – YOU STILL WON’T GET TO THE CONNECTOR!
We messed with pulled the grounding connections twice, disconnected and pulled the battery, messed with the wiring shield that was also in the way and explored removing the battery box base, all with no results. The good part of our method is that no messing with the Jeep’s electricals is necessary.
a.The best way to get to this connector is to go up from underneath the fender by partially removing the fender liner. There is a nut in the rear and two plastic plugs (careful with these, you’ll need to put them back in when finished) that when pulled, enable you to fold back the fender liner and access the connector from under the vehicle. Consider jacking up the vehicle to make this easier.
b. Reach up underneath the fender, and pull the factory connector loose from the Jeep’s body by pulling out the plastic fastener, to enable you to access it.
c. To undo the factory connector, pull out the red tab at the end of the connector, then insert a small screwdriver into the connector latch at the end opposite the red tab. This should release the 2 halves of the connector. Lots of contortion required here, but it is possible.
d. Plug the Quake lighting adapter into the 2 halves of the factory connector and test the lights. If they are working correctly, secure the red and yellow wires to the Quake lighting adapter using cable ties (careful, the red and yellow leads are easy to pull off the Quake lighting adapter), secure the 2 connections to the Jeep wiring harness that runs along the passenger’s side of the engine bay. Lots of contortion here also, reaching way up under the fender.
e. Complete the installation by using cable ties to secure the wires running back to the headlights.
f. At this point, nurse any wounds and celebrate your victory with a well-deserved beer (maybe two)!
g. Re-attach the fender liner using the bolt and the two plastic plugs.

You now should be good to go, enjoy your new headlights, DRLs and turn signals!
