2 questions please:
1) What gauge is the wire?
2) Do I just ground the negative lead from the lights I’m adding to any metal on the vehicle as it appears there is only a positive lead coming from the harness?
Thanks
18 Gauge. Yes, you are correct for grounding you lights. Thanks for your inquiry.

I have a 2020 Gladiator Sport S that does NOT have factory DRL. Will this adapter give me DRL function?
No. That function could be changed with the use of a Tazer programming tool. Tazer JL Mini Programmer Thanks for your inquiry.

Does the red and yellow wire have to be used in order for the product to work? Can I use it just for DRLs and leave the other wire hanging out for future use?
They can and should be used independently. They do NOT both need to be used at the same time. One of them is a parking light tap, the other is a DRL tap. When using one or the other, I recommend putting a small piece of tape over the exposed end of the unused wire. That way it is available for future use. Thanks for your inquiry.

Did you guys fix the pin coding issues that are mentioned on the reviews?
The pin coding has been addressed.

I’m confused about the difference between the red and yellow wires. I’m installing the Baja Designs LP9 and would like to use these to power the amber backlight feature. What would using the yellow vs red produce? I have a Rubicon with the LEDs if that makes a difference.
The red wire would be for when you switch your running lamps on from the multi function switch, the yellow wire would be for lights that would be on once the car is turned on(DRL).

Will this allow for hooking up headlights with a DRL/turn signal halo combo, or are both wires strictly DRL? I've been wanting a pigtail that's wired for both DRL and turn signal.
These are strictly for DRL functionality
