After researching exhausts for my 2019 Wrangler JL, I chose the Borla Atak. This exhaust is awesome! The quality is superb and the installation is super easy. The sound from this exhaust is just awesome! My Jeep is on a whole new level!

Sorry for the long review, but I am excited and trying to help some people out. My fiance and I got a 2 door 2.0L turbo soft top jl wrangler last February as our fun car. Both of us thought an exhaust would be pretty neat with this engine and body style, so we began our search. I have always loved borla, I think their exhausts' notes are always unique. Anyway, contacted borla when they were still developing this specific 2.0L exhaust. Bought this briefly after they released it. It's a 4 cylinder, I get that. We were actually very hesitant in case it sounded like crap. I'm not saying it sounds like a v8 or anything, but we really like this exhaust. It's not too loud because of the turbo, resonator, etc... and I dont know if ours being a 2 door soft top affects anything, but the sound is probably the best you can get. Sure this is a little pricey, but you get quality. Its aggressive, but not harsh and ricey. Decent idle actually (unexpected) but its phenomenal when you step on it. I cant say there isnt drone but we have a 2 door soft top. Only drone when idling and slow speeds. No drone on highway which is great. This is the atak, so it's going to be loud but I dont think it would wake the neighbors. I like the drone. It feels like we are in a classic jeep cruising around town and a performance v6 or something when you stomp on it. I seriously believe this is the best option if you want a louder aggressive sounding 2.0L turbo. It's a different jeep. It's not lifted with big tires. It's a cute little white jeep that sounds mean when you step on it and that makes it really cool and unique, in our opinion.

Paint peeling off after 600 miles. Disappointed with the coating quality, very poor heat resistance causing adhesion issues. Coating is peeling off all over the exhaust tips. I was impressed with the sound quality being that this is a 4 cylinder engine.
