1/4 inch stamped aluminum backed by 1/4 steel. Brush guard loop the only piece made of 3/16 aluminum. I fabricated 5 inch wide bi 1/2 inch thick aluminum plate to bolt where the tow hooks were, to mount the brackets for an older tow master 5000 hitch. I also bolted the plate to the bottom edge of the bumper. Tow hooks not needed when you have a winch. This is a very stout bumper.

Installed easy, do to the lite weight, one person can do the job. I would suggest you perchase the 18 inch fog light extension for the passenger side fog lite. Work great. Hook up a Quadratec Sealth 10 winch, light the 21.5 " light bar and 2 cube lights. Looks fantastic.

I have a ’22 Gladiator Mojave, and I really wanted to find a bumper that would not only complement the looks of the Jeep, but would also allow me to fit the factory skid plate that covers the external reservoirs for the front shocks. It turns out that finding a bumper that does both of these things is really challenging, but it ended up being a really simple fix.

This bumper is awesome because of how lightweight it is while still holding up to abuse on the trail and fitting a 12,000 lb winch. I really didn’t want to have to change out our factory suspension due to adding a bunch of weight to the front end, and this bumper allowed me to do just that.

It looks great, works great, fits great—what more can I say.

If you have a Mojave and are on the fence because of the skid plate issue, it really is a simple fix. All I had to do was trim the top inch of the skid plate with a cut-off wheel and it fit like a dream. It took ten minutes to do and was well worth the effort to allow me to fit this bumper.

If you're considering a new bumper, look no further than Quadratec's Aluminum Brute Strength Bumper. I went with the stubby version and the 10,000 lb winch. Installation was a breeze, so much easier than I anticipated. It took me maybe 2-3 hours to remove my bumper and install the new bumper. The materials and construction are very well made. I have had the bumper on for 4 months now and I could not be happier. It works perfectly with the OEM fog lights and it now works well with my aftermarket fog loghts. There are a ton of mounting locations for what ever additional accessories you may want to attach, from pod lights to a flag for off-roading. The bull bar is removable so you can use it or leave it off if you prefer. Some of the bolts during the install were a little difficult to access, so make sure you have a socket extension. I was bummed about losing my Mojave's orange tow hooks, but I quickly grew attached to the look of this new bumper. It has such clean lines and an aggressive look. I highly recommend it.

The winch is fantastic. It has its own dedicated amber light built within and has a wired controller that also functions via Bluetooth depending on your needs. Definitely consider the combo kit if you also need a winch. You can't beat the price.

This is a great bumper and looks amazing on my Jeep. First off I want to say that I was very impressed with the packaging. Everything was wrapped individually and wrapped up so well. Everything was perfectly protected for shipping. There was nothing damaged or even scratched. The bumper came with instructions that were easy to understand. The bumper installs very easy with no drilling or modifications required. Everything fit together the way it should with ease. The bumper allows you to mount auxiliary lights to the hoop without having to purchase additional hoop brackets. I love that they didn’t leave out the fog lights. So many bumpers do not have a place for your fog lights and you have to just do without. The bumper is light weight but still can accommodate a winch. What is not to love about this bumper.

Just finished the installation of the full width aluminum bumper on a 2022 JL Rubicon. The packaging is exceptionally good. Every piece wrapped individually in foam AND bubble wrap. Then secured inside the heavily padded shipping carton. It arrived on time and in perfect condition. The instructions were flawless and easy to follow. It was dead accurate for de-installing the factory plastic bumper and fog lights as well as installation of the new bumper
I reinstalled the factory LED fog lights easily.
I spent ~4 hours… taking my time. I did it alone. I’m 68 years old and was fine handling the weight of the components myself. The finish on the bumper is great and appears quite durable.
Hardware was individually packaged and was excellent quality. Everything there exactly as needed.
