Finally!! Have been looking for one of these since I got my 2 door jeep almost 2 years ago. Love it!
Very happy with it. That being said I wish it was a little thicker. It can slide around a little but that was easily solved with some cut to fit Velcro strips on the underside to grab the rug and now it is perfect.
If you have the subwoofer, there is a faint trim line on the back of the cargo mat. Cut on the inside of that pattern because the printed oval is a little too large (better to cut less and fine-tune than cut too much). Be aware: Additional trimming is required to get the rear seat latch to click and lock-down. The raised trim around the rear mechanism prevents the bench from seating correctly. Trimming it solves the problem, but creates two areas for water/mud to drain. Not a good design. However, the front locking bar mechanism fits and closes perfectly despite the raised trim.
Firstly I am BIG FAN of Weathertech. I have their floor-mats in all my cars and love them. But this rear cargo liner does not meet the quality I expect from them. It is made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) which is supposed to be a fusion between rubber and plastic but it feels totally like plastic to me. It does not stay in place and slides all over with my 40lb dog in the back. It is also VERY VERY thin (say twice as thick as a credit card. The sidewalls are flimsy and collapse easily so it does not safely hold debris and water IMO. My JK deserves better. I returned it!
