Reviews for Rough Country 10592A Classic Full Width Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier for 87-06 Jeep Wrangler YJ & TJ
Pretty damn good bumper! Took about 3 hours to install everything. Ended up having to weld the lower brackets to the frame, as the old bolts were stripped and stuck in the threads.
Missing hardware; 4 lock nuts, and 6 lock washers. Saw another post that said the same thing. Know that you may have to make a hardware run.

bottom bolts are internal to frame and they just spin, so I just welded the tabs on bottom.
Dropping the tank a bit, helps to access the bolts better.
product fit was great took about an hour and half to install. The negative was that the install kit was short hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) had to run to the store to be able to finish mounting.
very nice
Install took about 2 hours with my sons help. You will have to drop the fuel tank on 02 models to get to two of the bolts. Love the look and swings out very easy.
Installation went pretty much according to the directions supplied, until it came to the bracket that secures the latch. There was NO mention of it in any of the instructions. I guess that's okay, since there was NO hardware included for it. In addition, there was no mention that the stock license plate mount can not be used or that the carrier will eliminate the third brake light. I was not able to adjust the tire carrier bracket so that the tire will rest against the main frame. This will require some major changes to the bracket.
I was easily able to source hardware for the latch bracket, and make a different license plate mount. However, the tire carrier bracket will take a LOT of work to modify. It will probably be easier to make BOTH pieces new than rework the ones supplied.
Easy install on a 90 with the original bumperettes, took about 3 hours. No drilling and I didn't have to drop the fuel tank like some people say.
I'd suggest finding someone with a press to install the tire carrier lugs.
The biggest downfall, the kit did not come with enough hardware. I had to go to the hardware store for washers and nuts.
