No, the factory rock rails will have to be removed for any steps to install.

In the photo it appears that the "tube" is black but the "step" is silver. But in the customer photo it appears both are black. So is the step part a different color or is that a choice you can make when purchasing?
The treads are black as are the steps themselves. They are different finishes though, whereas the step is a light texture which appears more matte, the treads themselves are black diamond plate which is a smooth gloss appearance

Is any ground clearance lost with the addition of these?

Will these bolt on to a Mojave without having to remove anything?

I have the Gladiator Rubicon with factory rock guards, do you sell side steps that can work without removing the rock guards?
No unfortunately, there are no steps on the market that work with the Rubicon Rock Rails still installed.

Part number 82215609 mopar tubular side steps:
I damaged my passenger side. I do not need mounting hardware nor end caps just the step side. Is that possible just to order that replacement part?
Unfortunately we do not have access to the replacements for the Tubular style of step. Jeep seems to only service the parts for the factory flat steps and the Rubicon Rock Rails.

do they bolt right up to 2020 Gladiator? or do you have to remove anything
As long as you do not have aftermarket rocker guards or a Rubicon with factory rock guards these will bolt right up, yes.
