I have the manual 6 speed and would like hot idle speed to stay at 1000 rpm. Can this unit calibrate the hot idle speed to remain at 1000 rpm?

I see this will allow TPMS adjustment and sway bar disconnect control, but will it allow full control of lockers on the Rubicon models as well?
As this is a calibration unit, no it will not control the lockers.
Does the TPMS adjustment allow for the system to be disabled completely, or just the thresholds adjusted for low pressure?
The TPMS system can also be disabled.
Do you know if the unit has to stay plugged into the obdII port once programming is complete
It does not need to stay plugged in. Once the tune is loaded, you can remove the Flashcal
