Hello, or I am not available to go to the dealership to have a flash code. Can I install resistors to stop any issues? Would I need 2 resistors per side? One for blinker and one for DRL?
Resistors cannot solve the flicker issue with this system. It unfortunately must be done through a dealer flash.
If I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler unlimited sport (the baseline model), can I instal these headlights? Or do I have to have the rubicon to have these?
These are for the standard width flares such as yours, but you will have to get a computer flash from the dealership to operate the LED's properly. They will need to flash the sales code "LPY" into the system.
Do you know the sales code to flash the computer for these parts? My dealer is asking for a 3 digit code.
The sales code for these should be "LPY" to activate the proper functionality in the system.
Does this lamp come with the wiring harness. I am replacing the non LED lamps.
No, This lamp will have the connection for the harness coming from the fender flares.
can you upgrade from halogen on 2019 model JL rubicon to full LED?
You can, the dealership will need to flash the computer for the front and rear when they are upgraded though.
Will this fit my JLU Sport 2018, also do I need to do programming?
Upgrading from halogen to LED will require the dealer to flash the new sales code into your system.
I have a 2018 JL Rubicon without the LED package, are these plug and play for me to upgrade from my halogen parking light? Or do I need a new harness wired to the Body control Module like when I upgraded the LED Headlights?
The wiring harness is the same, but you may need to flash the computer to override the halogen system and run the LED properly

They will plug in, but require a dealer flash to function after installation.

You have to make sure that your fender flares are the same width before swapping halogen lamps for LED. You would need to contact a dealership to run your VIN and make sure these would fit your style flares.
