Are those hinges in fact factory black like my jeep is painted or do they have to be painted as well?

I have a 20 Wrangler Willys Unlimited Granite Crystal Metallic, and need to replace the front passenger hinge that got damaged, would this be the original one that matches the other 3..? and if so would the spray paint you can buy in a can make it look exactly like the original, is it going to last...? what would be the part number for the paint...?
Yes this is identical to the hinge on your Jeep now, this is supplied from the factory. The Touch Up Paint that we sell can make it look very close to stock, but professional paint shops would be better as they would blend the paint into the door. Click Here for Mopar Touch Up Paint

The factory does not offer them in matched colors. They must to be painted, you can use the 5 oz spray cans, part number 06102964AB

Does this include the hinge pin? We broke the hinge pin inside the bracket.
Yes, the pin is included, and pressed in at the factory. It will not include the nut, so hang on to your original or pick up a new one #6512894AA

Do they come painted??
They are primer coated black, should be painted to resist fading
