Works as designed. Did not remove the grill just tilted it out of the way. The bracket screws were a little tricky to install due to their high position. It was hard to see the holes through the grill. Used a small magnetic hex head driver extension. Removing the grill might have made installing the screws less complicated although I am happy with the method I chose. Big thing is don't drop the screws they likely would have disappeared. I switched the light with an available S-Tech pod switch. Works great! Lights look good.!
