What are the installed dimensions of this storage hanger? and how high do you recommend it be placed from the ground?
The bracket is 55 3/4" long. A minimum of 54" is needed from the ground to the bracket height. Thanks for your inquiry.
Will this work with the Bestop Fastback model?
This is designed to work with the factory soft top (Or soft tops that use the factory hardware) only.
I see on here that several people have asked whether this product fits the 2-door Wrangler JL model with the response being "no". The guy in the video indicates it fits all 2018 and later 2-door and 4-door models. Is the guy in the video wrong, or has there been an update?
This is for JL Unlimited which is for use with 4-door tops only. The video was made expecting a 2-door model to be available but it never went into production. So only 4-door is available.

Unfortunately we do not.

What about the rails on top of the Jeep for the soft top? Don't those need to come off before you put your hard top back on? And if so, is there a place for that hardware with the Soft Top Storage Hanger?
Yes, the door surrounds must be removed before installing a hardtop. This hanger has accommodations for the door surrounds.
