Works as advertised

Definitely not an amateur job. Took mine into a shop and they had to use a torch and sledge hammer to get the old bolt off the old steering shock mount. Took this mechanic quite a while even using a torch and having it up on a lift. He had to heat up the joint until it turned glowing red before it would finally come out. So expect removing the old shock to be the hardest part as the bolt will be rusted into place. But you'll definitely notice the new steering shock will make your steering feel tighter. My old shock was giving me the death wobble and this mechanic noticed the old steering shock was leaking and said replacing that should fix the wobbling. So far it has.

Liking the look and feel of this upgrade, the factory stabilizer was done! Hardest part was removing the factory bolt thru the arm. Ended up grinding the bolt flush and drilling it out with cobalt bits after destroying three pitman arm puller tools.

Looks great and feels better.

Was looking for a heavy duty replacement for the stock Stabilizer to help tighten up the steering linkage. I think this one is almost twice the diameter of the stock one. Really took care of the tendency to wander. Easy to install. Very pleased with this Stabilizer after initial installation.
