I installed the high line fenders on my Sport JL. Do you sell a rear bumper that will line up properly with them or is the steel bumper my only option?
Jeep had the steel bumper in mind when designing the highline fender flares. All other aftermarket bumpers are arbitrary in their width and not necessarily made for particular flares. No bumpers that we know of will close the vertical gap like the sport bumper and flares had from the factory.
If i have a scratch, but the rest of the bumper is intact, can i reuse the original bumper parts (like the reflector and license late lamp) and just order this cover?

I scratched up the rear bumper on my 2019 Jeep Wrangler. Is this product just the cover for the bumper? The bumper is fine just the cover is scratch and the reflector is broken.
Yes, this is just the plastic fascia, sold for just the reasons you are experiencing. The steel frame and components are sold separately.
