I have a 2021 JLU with plastic bumpers with park assist. Does this facia get me to a steel rear bumper?
Not without purchasing all of the other component parts of this bumper. Unfortunately you cannot simply swap out the fascia

I have a JLUR with the steel bumper set. Some jackass bent back my rear bumper in a parking lot. Not terribly, but it's slightly buckled. Can I just get the fascia to replace the bent portion of my bumper, or do i need the whole kit?
No, by all means, if you have this bumper you can use whatever parts you need to be whole again. Here is the diagram if you have not seen it Click Here

Hello,
I do have a Rubicon Unlimited JL 2020 with rear parking sensors. However, my stock plastic rear bumper looks totally different from this #68295568AC. My rear bumper looks like this so I think its a Australian style. This is the link of how it looks like https://youtu.be/x0AaFS2MrLo
My question are:
1) If I get this bumper with sensors holes, does it fit on my JLU?
2) What are the other parts I need to complete the whole rear bumper? Because I couldn't not see the fog rear lights, reverse light, license cover and other parts that i do not know. It seems like outer bumper only.
I have found rear bumper #82215342 and it looks full bumper but it doesn't have rear parking sensors.
You would need the parts shown here. Click Here for Steel Bumper Parts

I have a Jeep Rubicon de luxe 2-point JL 2020 and I want to change to a metal housing, my question is if this fits perfectly or do I have to buy more parts
You would have to purchase all of the parts to change the bumper, they components are not interchangeable.

Do you sell the snap in plate mount for this bumper? Or maybe an upgraded one that will stay on while wheeling?
Unfortunately the only panel to offer is the original stock mount #68296053AB.

Can I reuse the sensor brackets from the plastic bumper or do i have to get new brackets?
According to Jeep the brackets are only for the plastic bumper and the sensors do not require (or are not listed) brackets for the steel bumper. The decoupler ring can be interchanged between bumpers

I have slight damage to original plastic bumper. Will the Mopar steal bumper replace.
Even though they appear similar in design there is a difference in how they are mounted behind the scenes. You can compare the parts on the diagrams here:

Can i replace the plastic outter shell is the steel one? Are the brackets the same?
Only 1 bracket is common between the bumpers. You would have to purchase a considerable amount of parts to swap out the bumper fascias

Thank you for a prompt reply, OK, we forget the drilling - if I buy the full set of rear steel bumper #82215342 and this shell - will this work, or it will not fit? Are the shells different With and Without sensors' holes?
In this case the bumper shells are the only difference. The underlying support structure, brackets and closeout panels are all the same. The shells are interchangeable.
