Reviews for Quadratec 7" Headlight Adapter Bracket Kit for 18-20 Jeep Wrangler JL & Gladiator JT
After 2 months of use the headlights work great, but one of the bracket screws fell out and trying to figure out a replacement. Quadratec: I understand you don't offer the separate replacement parts, but can you tell me the adjustment screw size?
Installed these in a mid-year 2018 with the JW Speaker LED Evo 2 headlights (7 inch) & the fit & finish was great no issues installing or adjusting headlights after. I feel they were a bit expensive as my buddy ordered a set for his off Amazon for half the price & appears to be the exact same set.
Taking off 1 star because of the price but were cheaper then JW brackets.
Add me to the list of buyers who had an adjustment screw fall out after just a few months of use. Very frustrating to have to purchase another complete installation kit because of faulty engineering. You know these are getting installed on Jeeps that are going to bounce around - either build this kit with better quality or sell me the replacement screw by itself.
Installed these just under a year ago as they came as part of a bundle with the Quadratec Heated LED headlights. They went in easy enough. However, about 4 months ago, one of the adjustment screws and springs fell out and caused one of the lights to become badly misaligned. I had to search for a solution as Quadratec doesn't offer replacement parts for this. Also, they've become pretty well rusted in less than a year of use as you can see in the pictures I've submitted. They worked fine for a time, but I'll be replacing them in the near future.
This bracket is well made, and fits my JT as it should.
Unfortunately this does not fit KC Hilites Gravity Pro 7" headlights. The ring that goes overtop of the headlight to keep it on the bracket does not fit over. I am currently waiting for an answer on if the bracket is at fault or the headlights are.
As it stands, this is NOT a universal fit for any/all 7" headlight.
