On this Kit does the springs with the shims go on the front axle or the rear?
The rear. And the thicker end of the shim will be closer to the front of the Jeep when installed. Thanks for your inquiry.

This Rough Country 2.5” suspension Leaf Kit recommends 3.75” wheel spacers to be used. I don’t see 3.75” wheel spacers sold by Quadratec. Is 3.75” correct? Seems really thick.
The 3.75 is a recommended backspace of the wheel to be used. We do not have wheel spacers that would allow factory rims to be used. A 1.75" wheel spacer used with one of our wheels featuring a 5.2" backspace would do the job. Thanks for your inquiry.

Does this 2.5 lift kit require any other parts to run 31x10.50 x15" tires. do we need to lower transfer case or change bump stops? any assistance would be great.
This is a fine place to start but you would need longer bump stops and either a transfer case drop or slip yoke eliminator and drive shaft. Please contact our sales team at 1-800-745-5337 for recommendation assistance.

Besides getting a transfer cast lowering kit, is there anything else I need to get for this lift? Like a custom driveshaft or SYE?
If you choose the path of the transfer case lowering kit you may need a relocation or bracket for the shift linkage. The driveshaft and SYE are alternates to the T-case drop. For assistance locating parts or considering options please contact our sales team at 1-800-745-5337

Do the shocks come with boots? If not, do you sell a shock boot to fit these? I just don’t think the shock shaft should be exposed to the elements, unless you think other wise. Do I need anything else with this lift kit?
The shock boots do not come with these. You can purchase Shock Boots see link below:
